Investment & Fit

Each engagement is tailored to organizational size, scope, and complexity. To support transparency and informed decision-making, typical investment ranges include:

  • Discovery engagements: $1,500-$3,000

  • Project-based initiatives: generally range from $3,000–$12,000 depending on scope and complexity

  • Strategic retainers: generally range from $2,500-$4,500/month

  • Fractional and interim executive leadership: scoped based on hours and organizational needs

For smaller or early-stage nonprofits, phased or scaled engagements may be available. Budget clarity is essential, and I’m happy to discuss ranges early to ensure alignment before significant time is invested.
