Investment & Fit

Engagements are tailored to organizational size, scope, and complexity. Typical investment ranges include:

• Discovery engagements: $1,500 - $3,000
• Project-based initiatives: $3,000 - $12,000 depending on scope and complexity
• Strategic retainers: $2,500 - $4,500/month
• Fractional and embedded strategic leadership support: engagements typically begin at $3,500/month and are tailored based on organizational needs and level of support

For smaller or early-stage nonprofits, phased or scaled engagements may be available. Budget clarity matters, and I’m happy to discuss ranges early to ensure alignment before significant time is invested.
